AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring all published content complies with platform policies and applicable laws.

Billing & Payments
- • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

- • No refunds except as required by law or our 14-day guarantee
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

- • We may delete your account and data after 30 days
- • You may export your data before deletion
- • Outstanding payment obligations remain
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Nawaaa is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
