Purpose & Scope

Nawaaa is dedicated to helping creators build authentic personal brands through AI-powered content creation and audience engagement. These Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy ("Guidelines") establish the standards of behavior expected from all users of our platform.

These Guidelines apply to:

  • • All registered users of the Nawaaa platform
  • • All content created, stored, or published through our service
  • • All interactions with our AI-powered tools and features
  • • Use of our API, integrations, and third-party connections

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Nawaaa:

Illegal Activities

  • • Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including but not limited to child exploitation, terrorism, human trafficking, illegal drugs, or weapons sales
  • • Violations of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement
  • • Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive business practices
  • • Money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crimes
  • • Violations of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, etc.)
  • • Sale or distribution of controlled substances or prescription medications

AI & Technology Misuse

  • • Creating deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive
  • • Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations
  • • Unauthorized use of AI for biometric identification or emotion detection
  • • Using our AI tools to generate misleading, false, or harmful content
  • • Circumventing platform rate limits or usage restrictions
  • • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our AI models
  • • Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk content extraction
  • • Creating bots or automated systems that violate platform policies

Abuse & Harassment

  • • Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • • Bullying, harassment, stalking, or threats of violence
  • • Doxxing (sharing private information without consent)
  • • Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual content
  • • Coordinated harassment campaigns or brigading
  • • Content glorifying or encouraging self-harm or suicide

Spam & Manipulation

  • • Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing attempts
  • • Engagement manipulation (fake followers, likes, or artificial engagement)
  • • Click fraud, impression fraud, or other advertising manipulation
  • • Misleading links, malware distribution, or phishing
  • • Chain letters, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing spam
  • • Automated posting that violates social platform policies

Security Threats

  • • Malware, viruses, or malicious code distribution
  • • Hacking, unauthorized access attempts, or security exploits
  • • DDoS attacks or attempts to disrupt our services
  • • Cryptocurrency mining using our infrastructure
  • • Sharing stolen credentials or unauthorized access methods
  • • Exploiting security vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure
Platform-Specific Requirements

When using Nawaaa to create content for social media platforms, you must comply with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies:

LinkedIn

Follow LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies. Maintain professionalism, authenticity, and relevance to professional networking.

X (formerly Twitter)

Adhere to X's Rules and Policies. No manipulation, spam, or abusive behavior. Respect platform automation limits.

Instagram

Follow Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. No spam, fake engagement, or policy violations.

Facebook

Comply with Facebook's Community Standards and Terms of Service. Authentic engagement and truthful representation required.

Threads

Follow Threads' Community Guidelines and Instagram's policies. Maintain respectful, authentic interactions.

Important: Nawaaa is not responsible for platform-level enforcement actions. Violations of third-party platform policies may result in restrictions or bans from those platforms, independent of your Nawaaa account status.

Your Responsibilities

As a Nawaaa user, you are responsible for:

  • Content Review: Reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing
  • Accuracy: Ensuring factual accuracy and appropriate context for your audience
  • Disclosure: Transparently disclosing AI assistance when required or appropriate
  • Compliance: Following all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
  • Account Security: Protecting your account credentials and API keys
  • Data Protection: Safeguarding any personal or sensitive information
  • Respectful Engagement: Maintaining professional and courteous interactions
  • Usage Limits: Staying within your plan's usage allowances and rate limits
Enforcement & Consequences

Nawaaa takes violations of these Guidelines seriously. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including:

First-time or minor violations may result in a formal warning and educational guidance about our policies.

⏸️Temporary Suspension

Repeated violations or moderate severity issues may result in temporary account suspension (typically 7-30 days).

Account Termination

Severe violations, illegal activity, or repeated policy breaches will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.

Legal Action

We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities and cooperate with legal investigations.

Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting hello@nawaaa.ai within 14 days. Include your account details and explanation. We will review appeals within 5-7 business days.

Monitoring & Reporting Violations

Our Monitoring Practices

To maintain platform integrity and safety, we reserve the right to:

  • • Monitor usage patterns for abuse, spam, or policy violations
  • • Use automated systems to detect prohibited content
  • • Review reported content and user complaints
  • • Access account data when investigating violations

We do not proactively read your private content, but we may review it in response to violation reports or suspected illegal activity.

All reports are reviewed confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation against users who report violations in good faith.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your data privacy and security are paramount. When using Nawaaa:

  • • We comply with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, and other applicable privacy regulations
  • • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • • AI-generated content may be used to improve our models (you can opt out)
  • • You have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data

Policy Updates

We may update these Guidelines periodically to reflect:

  • • Changes in legal requirements or industry standards
  • • New features, AI capabilities, or platform integrations
  • • Emerging safety concerns or abuse patterns
  • • User feedback and community needs

Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Nawaaa after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new Guidelines.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Guidelines are governed by and construed in accordance with international best practices and the laws where Nawaaa operates. Disputes will be resolved through:

  • • Informal resolution attempts (email communication)
  • • Binding arbitration (for disputes exceeding $10,000)
  • • Small claims court (for disputes under $10,000)

Users in the EU have rights under GDPR. Users in California have rights under CCPA. Regional consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
