Your Rights

At Nawaaa, we believe you should have complete control over your subscription. You can:

  • Cancel anytime - No contracts, no commitments
  • Pause your subscription for 1-3 months if you need a break
  • Resume anytime - Your data and settings will be waiting
  • Change plans - Upgrade or downgrade as your needs change
How Cancellation Works

Immediate Effect

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access to all features until that date.

No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription. However, you'll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period, so you can make the most of your subscription.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription tab
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription" button
  3. Complete a brief exit survey (helps us improve!)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Receive confirmation email with access end date

💡 Tip: Before canceling, consider pausing your subscription instead. You can pause for 1-3 months and resume anytime!

Data Retention After Cancellation

90-Day Grace Period

After your subscription ends, we retain your data for 90 days. This means:

  • • Your content, drafts, and analytics remain intact
  • • Your platform connections are preserved
  • • Your brand settings and preferences are saved
  • • You can reactivate and pick up exactly where you left off

After 90 Days

If you don't reactivate within 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted. This includes:

  • • All created content and drafts
  • • Analytics and performance data
  • • Platform connections
  • • Account settings and preferences

We'll send you reminder emails at 60 and 30 days before permanent deletion.

Pause Instead of Cancel

Need a break but don't want to lose your data? Pause your subscription instead!

How Pausing Works

  • • Choose to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months
  • • No billing during the pause period
  • • All your data remains safely stored
  • • Resume anytime before the pause ends
  • • Automatic reactivation at the end of pause period

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

We don't offer partial refunds, but you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period. This means you're never paying for time you can't use.

What happens to my scheduled posts?

Posts scheduled before your access ends will still be published. After your access ends, no new posts will be published, but your drafts remain saved for 90 days.

Can I export my data before canceling?

Yes! You can export your analytics and content from your dashboard at any time before or during the 90-day retention period.

Will I lose my platform connections?

Your platform connections (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) are preserved for 90 days after cancellation. If you reactivate within that time, everything will be exactly as you left it.

How is pausing different from canceling?

When you pause, your subscription automatically resumes after the pause period (1-3 months). When you cancel, your subscription ends permanently unless you choose to resubscribe.
